Our Story

Why Coffee Capital exists.

Mumbai had the energy.
Coffee hadn't caught up.

We launched Coffee Capital with a massive burst of passion. Mumbai was bursting with energy, yet missing a space that truly celebrated the romance, craft, and process of a great brew — just the same high-calorie, sugary commercial drinks dominating every chain in the city. The ultimate irony? The world's finest, most unique speciality beans were being harvested right in our backyard, on Indian estates, waiting for their moment to shine. So we built the space we couldn't find: one obsessed with speciality beans, proper manual brewing, and daring, research-led flavour. A small coffee revolution, one cup at a time.
